What is Sound Meditation?
Every instrument produces a unique set of frequencies. In a sound meditation these powerful frequencies support participants in anchoring into a meditative state. This process is commonly known as entrainment, in which the frequencies of the brain synchronize to the frequencies produced by the instruments. When this naturally occurring phenomenon is paired with an intention of letting go and fully relaxing, the results can be astounding. After meditating participants commonly find themselves in states of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. No previous experience is needed in meditation to receive the benefits of this offering.
Private Sessions (In-Person)
Description: The human body is a finely tuned and beautiful vehicle for our physical expression. In order to keep it healthy we need to support it nutritionally, we need to keep it strong, and we need to maintain a clear flow of energy throughout. In your private sound healing session you will receive an intuitively designed experience in vibration. Instruments just as gongs, drums, singing bowls, and more will be utilized to support you in the release of suppressed emotions allowing your body to reach a state of harmony.
What will happen at the session? Your session will begin with a brief conversation with our meditation facilitator. During this time you can share your intention for the experience. Next you will find your way to your mat and lay down. As you get comfortable our facilitator will share some information on vibration and expectations along with some simple tips to support you in navigating your sonic voyage. To complete the session you will have the opportunity to share your experience and/or ask questions.
