Come out and experience a heart-centered ceremony to bring the community back together after these hard times!
The Cacao Ceremony will begin with a water blessing ceremony, saluting the four directions, then we will share what we want to let go of and also to bring into our life.
Paul then serves the cacao as he sings traditional cacao medicine songs. From there we will move and dance to activate the medicine, get our hearts pumping, bodies moving to have fun, celebrate life to the music of Paul's beat machine, didgeridoo, drums, jaw harp, native American flutes shakers, and strings. After breaking a sweat, we lay down and do 15 minutes of breathwork and end with a sound journey.
We close with a share and leave with our hearts more open, some new friends, and a deeper connection to our body, mind, and spirit!

Paul is certified in music sound healing having completed a 200 hour training in Spain. He has learned from different medicine men from all over the world, and he continues to be a student surrendering to the knowledge of the plants and wisdom of the elders/indigenous tribes he follows!
